This is one of the agency’s most recent projects! We supported the fashion giant Printemps in the re-engineering of their digital platform. New browsing for optimal customer experience; this first version of the site presents the customer’s indispensable store information as well as the “L’Œil du Printemps” magazine without forgetting the “Printania” loyal customer program.
A focus on the site’s new functions!
The project’s primary objective: make printemps.com a personalized site for a successful customer experience! As a result, as soon as the customer arrives on the platform, s/he is asked to select his/her favorite Printemps store. Then during browsing, the site contextualizes and displays information based on the selected store. This may concern practical information, news, available brands as well as their location, etc.
A second objective for the brand was to highlight its “L’Œil du Printemps” magazine. It was a real project challenge to underline Printemps’ expertise with brand content adapted to its sector. The webzine is perfectly adapted to the consumer’s expectations: trends, fashion, available products, etc. Inspiring content to dress you!
To simplify the Internet user’s search for information, we designed a site that placed the stores and the brands at the center of browsing. So it’s no longer necessary to search: the hours of operation, whether exceptional or not, as well as the services available in the customers’ store are in front of their eyes! It will also be easy to find favorite brands and where they’re located.

Printemps is the first site in the world to be put online using this version! Thanks to the CMS publishing module, SmartEdit, the Printemps teams discovered a new way of managing the site but more importantly the possibility of accelerating content generation thanks to the “LiveEdit” system.
This new responsive version of the site offers customers a more modern and accessible experience.
Always with an eye to improving the platform, a continuous Jenkins-based integration system, also appeared during this project. A tool that simplifies production launches, site maintenance and evolution. Enough to offer the Printemps teams optimal proactivity.
